Job Title:	Global Funding Group & Emerging Markets Trading Risk Manager

Skill Notes:	The purpose of this position is to lead and oversee the analysis and reporting capabilities of the Risk Management function for the Global Funding Group and the Emerging Markets Trading Business. This position will require knowledge/understanding of the global and emerging markets and fixed income trading and interaction with risk management, traders, IT, and admin. Reports to TSF and Treasury Risk Manager. Principal Accountabilities: 30% Develop, oversee and participate in the process of preparing the daily Value at Risk (VaR) and DV risk measurements to quantify risk associated with trading positions. This will include learning to produce various risk measurement models for different types of trading activity and maintain a close dialogue with traders and managers to understand changes in risk positions and game plan. 30% Develop/improve, oversee and participate in the process of collecting historical price data from various vendor sources as well as create price data series for risk calculation purposes. Ensure accurate updating and maintenance of the risk system database. Oversee and participate in the process of preparing weekly risk unit reports. 10% Stay aware of main economic, market trends and developments that may have an impact in risks taken by the business. 20% Maintain and improve reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency of the systems through automation of data gathering and reporting, allowing for reduced report preparation time, more time for value-added activities and analysis, and improved data integrity. 10% Assist on ad hoc projects defined by Risk Management.

Salary Range:	Up to $100,000.00 based on qualifications.

Qualifications:	4-year college degree in finance, business or economics. 6+ years of work experience in global markets and emerging countries. Knowledge and relevant experience with risk concepts and applications. Strong mathematical skills. Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Have the ability to investigate problems, find solutions, and determine best approach to resolve issues. Ability to ask relevant, informed and intelligent questions about transactions, structures, relationships and risks. Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Maintain and nurture relationships with peers, traders and managers while retaining the ability to challenge them. Demonstrate strong customer focus and desire to improve processes and find solutions to meet customer needs. Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and handle multiple demands. Strong computer skills, proficiency with Excel, familiarity with accounting and position keeping systems. Willingness to travel internationally.
