This position identified prospective corporate and commercial customers to sell customized trade and cash management products to contribute to maximized Group profitability and relationship depth.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Prospect for new trade and cash management customers through established referral sources, targeting suspects, implementing systematic calling programs and maintaining active prospect customer lists. Research financial and non-financial characteristics of prospects to identify those relationships of maximum benefit to the Company. Cross-sell other Company and Group products to customers as appropriate.
2. Coordinate customer service delivery and relationship management within the Bank, Group and strategic alliances to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to serving the customer. Design and implement workable, innovative solutions to customers' individualized needs and generate and receive referrals for Company and Group products and services.
3. Develop effective strategies for maintaining and growing relationships with current and potential customers in the portfolio to achieve established objectives. Serve as subject matter expert on trade and cash management sales to the branch network.
4. Maintain strong awareness of internal processes and guidelines and external regulations affecting the portfolio.
5. Maintain and enhance the image of the Group through implementation of a calling program and active participation in industry associations and organizations to contribute to profitable business opportunities.
6. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company's brand.
7. Implement Group policy locally: maintain Company's internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators; ensure employees apply compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with Company's or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues. Emphasize and model human resources and other Company policies in order to create an ethical, safe and supportive work environment.

Minimum of eight years proven and progressive commercial banking experience concentrating in trade and cash management products or equivalent.
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, related field or equivalent experience.
3. Strong sales, communications, negotiations, analytical, presentation, decision-making, leadership, organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong knowledge of Company products and our global financial capabilities.
5.
