Two of the founding partners include Kitt Carswell and Jim Francis, both who have held senior positions at AMS, a leading and innovative Trade Finance software consultancy firm. Jim as AMS Vice President of Product Management, Development, and Operations of the Proponix outsourcing business, and Kitt, who was a founder of the AMS trade finance practice in 1984, and most recently Director of Strategic Alliances and Senior Industry Expert.
