Flores Financial Services was established in 1981 to provide a full range of executive search consulting services to financial institutions and corporations that are engaged in international financial services. The firm is a leader in the field and considered to be an internationally recognized expert in matters relating to employment in the international banking and finance industry.

For over the twenty years, Flores Financial Services has maintained an extensive database of executives within every discipline of international banking and finance. The database is updated regularly so as to provide our clients with candidates who are currently leaders in their field.
